We want to let all of our Coalition Locals and members know we have won our Heroes Bonus in the form of a PSP payment of at least 3% for 2020!  For months now we have been speaking out and sharing our struggles on the front lines of the pandemic!  We are glad to announce the Kaiser has listened to our concerns and responded positively.  All Coalition members, regardless of performance goals, will receive FULL payouts.  When we act in solidarity and speak with one voice, we make things happen!

Furthermore, Kaiser has listened to our concerns regarding the extension of COVID-19 Enhanced Benefits and has agreed to extend our 80 hour Covid paid leave benefits through March 31 and our childcare grants through April 3, 2021. More details to follow next week.
